Tri-Valley Swim League 2010 Championship Results
It was an exciting championship from start to finish. The Tidalwaves started to take the lead from the backstroke events onwards,winning after a great display by all our free relay teams. Several new league, club records and personal bests were made along the way.Our team records table is going to show a lot of red text this year!
Thank you to all our coaches who did a great job with our swimmers. There efforts and dedication were rewarded with our swimmers times and records.
Let’s not forget our coaches "women’s" IM relay team. What a display of fashion, finesse and poise. Oh and they put in a great swim too. It was so much fun to see and certainly broke the tension while everyone waited on the final results.

Great swim by all our swimmers. Another 15/18 club record broken in the girls 15/18 yr age group. Congratulations

Fast vs Clubsport Tidalwaves Jul-10
Swim meets at Foothill can be difficult if the temperature is too high. Fortunately mother nature chose not to
give us extreme weather conditions on Saturday.The use of the 8 lanes in the pool helped to speed the meet up. Thank you FAST
for running an efficient meet.We had our 3rd win of the season.CSP 659 Fast 266

Del Prado vs Clubsport Tidalwaves Jul-07
A lovely evening for a swim meet and one which produced a new club record for our 15/18 girls
in the Medley Relay. A new record of 1:59.98. Well done Elle Surber, Cayla Jetter, Arin Miller
and Cassandra Stuart.Thank you to Sheryl Meagher for organizing the potluck. Thanks to her and you parents our swimmers were
definately carb loaded for the event! It was a narrow victory for Del Prado and a great meet for both teams.

Dublin Green Gators vs Clubsport Tidalwaves Jun-19
Our first meet of the season was a close and exiting match.CSP clinched the meet with a 506 to 486 victory.
Swimmers from both teams swam very well and displayed great team spirit. A big thank you to the Green Gators
Computer Gurus who allowed me to shadow them operating their new automatic timing system. Absolutely the way to go

News Flash !!
Clubsport Tidalwave young swimmers participate in Fathers Day Spirit Run Jun-20th
Congratulations to several of our younger swimmers who participated in The Fathers Day Spirit Run held on Sunday Jun 20th.
Joseph Louderback did run but is not represented in the pictures below.
Splash Olympics June 19th
Well our younger swimmers certainly enjoyed this event! Many thanks to Sandie and the volunteers for making this such a fun for our swimmers. The events the swimmers particpated in were
- Water balloon toss
- Water melon relay. Yes water melons do really float
- Underwater hunt for pool toys
- Wet T-shirt relay
- Best cannon ball

Time Trials, Saturday Jun-12
A big thank you to all our swimmers, parents and to everyone who helped at
the time trials. We started late but ended well. As well as getting the first set of times for our swimmers this event
helps us to identify and fix any process issues such as
- Volunteer training
- Equipment
- Coaches identify training opportunities with swimmers

Tie Dye T-Shirts..A fun colorful success!
Our first team spirit event, Tie Dye T-shirts was a great success. Many of our swimmers, young and old came along.
Thank you to all who helped make this event a success. We are off to a very colorful and fun start! Check out the slide
show on the gallery page. Remember these T-shirts will be our team "colors" this year.

Team Evaluations
We will be holding evaluations for our team on Saturday and Sunday, April 17 & 18 from noon to 3pm.
In order for your swimmers to go through evaluations you or someone in your family must be a member of Club Sport.
There is an evaluation sign up sheet at our Activities Desk. You can sign the kids up for a 15 minute evaluation.
We are looking to see if they know all four of their competitive strokes and their swimming technique.
Then we will take times on 2-3 of their strokes. For the 6 year olds and under - they just need to be able to swim across
the pool on their stomach and back with out stopping in under a minute. It doesn't have to be great - they just can't stop
and be under a minute.
Team Apparel
Team Apparel try on date is Sunday, April 18th from noon to 3pm. We will do this in conjunction with evaluations
so the plan is to be out by the pool. If the weather is bad then we will try and find a location inside.
We will have a few more dates the beginning of May and will get those dates out to you shortly.
You only need to come if you wish to purchase any apparel items for your swimmers. We have not added anything new -
we will still offer sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts and towels. Suits and team caps will still be purchased thru the Pro Shop.
